How do I change the password on my account?
If you can log into your account but would like to change your password follow these steps:
- Log into your Mercato.com account.
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings

Select “Change Password” located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Once you are there you can update your new Mercato password
- Click, “Change Your Password” to save the changes.
If you forgot your password and cannot log into your account follow these steps:
- Go to Mercato.com
- Click "Sign in" on the top right
- Select “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email and click "Send"
- You will receive an email please follow the instructions and change your password.
- If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or trash folders.
- If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or trash folders.

How do I change the email address on my account?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the ability to change e-mails on file. The only option currently is to create a new account altogether. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

How do I change the phone number on my account?
To change your phone number follow these steps:
- Log into your Mercato.com account
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings
- Click “About you” located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Once you are there you can update your phone number
- Click “Update Info” to save the changes
How do I opt-in or out of Marketing SMS and Emails?
Opt-In to SMS (text) Notifications:
If you wish to receive SMS text messages from Mercato, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mercato.com account
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings
- Select "About You" located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Check the box that says "Can we text you about orders?"
- Click "Update Info" to save changes.
Opt-Out of Marketing SMS (text)
If you no longer wish to receive SMS text messages from Mercato, please reply "STOP" to the message received. Message or data rates may apply.
You can also follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mercato.com account
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings
- Select "About You" located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Uncheck the box that says "Can we text you about orders?"
- Click "Update Info" to save changes.
Opt-In of Marketing Emails
If you wish to receive email promotions from Mercato, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mercato.com account
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings
- Select "About You" located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Check the box that says "Give me promos and exclusive offers from Mercato."
- Click "Update Info" to save changes.
If you are not receiving emails from Mercato, please check your "junk/spam" folder and make sure the email didn't get flagged.
Opt-Out of Marketing Emails
If you no longer wish to receive emails from Mercato, you can click the "Unsubscribe here" link at the bottom of the email.
You can also follow these steps:
- Log in to your Mercato.com account
- Click your name on the top right to go to your account settings
- Select "About You" located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Uncheck the box that says "Give me promos and exclusive offers from Mercato."
- Click "Update Info" to save changes.
