Adding or Subtracting Weight to Your Turkey
In order to allow our merchants to successfully fulfill hundreds of orders, we are unable to make any weight or quantity modifications to your order. Your final bill receipt will be emailed to you once your order is picked and packed by your local grocer.
Adjusting Delivery Windows and Dates
In order to allow our merchants to successfully deliver hundreds of orders, we are not able to accommodate any modifications for earlier delivery dates. Due to the volume of the Holiday Season, we ask that you are available to receive your order in the date and time selected.
My Pre-Order was Cancelled by the Merchant
We are sorry that your merchant was unable to fulfill your order as expected. Your account will not be charged. The pending authorization placed on your account will drop off as soon as your credit card or bank allows. Normally, these transactions reverse within 3-5 business days.
