If an item from your order is missing, damaged, or expired, please follow the following steps.
- Check the final bill to confirm you were charged, If the final bill shows a $0.00 the product was likely out of stock and canceled by the store.
- If you were charged for a missing, damaged, or expired item please click here to have our team refund your items.
Damaged or expired items
Please note* We require a photo of the damaged or expired item so that we are able to improve the customer experience. Without a photo, our team will only be able to issue Mercato credit instead of a full refund back to your payment method.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to following table for more details.
