You’re able to cancel your order directly through your Mercato account. Please follow these quick steps:
- Log In to your Mercato Account
- Select the "Details" button
- Select "Cancel order" (underneath reorder)
- Select "Cancel" to confirm cancellation of the order
An email will be sent to you with confirmation of the cancelation of your order. You will see the pending authorization transaction reversed within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: All orders are required to be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your fulfillment window.
If the cancelation option is unavailable for the order it is most likely outside the 24-hour cancelation window.
Can I cancel a portion of the order?
If the order has multiple stores and you would like to cancel a particular store at least 24 hours prior to your fulfillment window, please contact Customer Support.
