You can modify a placed order directly within your Mercato account.
You have up to 24 hours before the order date to make any order modifications. After the allowed time, the Modify Order option will no longer be available.
How do I add items to a placed order?
- Go to Your Orders page on Mercato.com
- Click the Modify Order button

Click Add Item to add a new item
- If the item already exists in your order and you would like to increase it find the list and press the "+" button to your desired amount.
- Search for the item you would like to add. Click the "+" next to the item
- Click the close button at the top right when you are finished adding items
- When you are finished modifying the order, click Finish modifying order.
- Finished! Your changes will be saved and updated on your orders page.
How do I remove items from a placed order?
- Go to Your Orders page on Mercato.com
- Click the Modify Order button
- Find the item you want to remove in the order and click the Remove button or click the "-" button to decrease to your desired amount.
- When you are finished modifying the order, click the button Finish modifying order.
- Finished! Your changes will be saved and updated on your orders page.
Adding notes to an item

You can always add notes to your order by clicking on your basket on the upper right corner of the page and clicking "Preferences" next to the pencil icon under each item on your order.
