We'll always try to deliver your order directly to you. If your building has a doorman, you can authorize them to receive your orders. If the items cannot be left with anyone or in a safe place, the order will be returned to the store.
Can I have someone else receive my order for me?
To prevent lost merchandise, we ask that someone is present to receive your delivery or that a doorman/front desk be willing to accept and hold the order for you.
You can also select a neighbor with their permission to receive your order if you're not home when the courier arrives.
Any orders that contain alcohol will need to have a valid ID present and a person over the age of 21 receiving the order. The order will be returned to the store if a person over 21 is not present with a valid ID to receive the delivery. For more details on alcohol delivery, please see our FAQ.
How can I reach my driver if I will not be home for my delivery?
The couriers will call or text upon delivery so we ask that you do have your phone handy for any special instructions that may need to be given to the courier.
What happened to my order? I wasn't home to receive it.
If our courier is not able to deliver the order, specifically with orders that contain perishables that can be ruined by the heat. We will create a return delivery for your order to be taken back to the store until you are ready to receive the order. For more details on returned orders, please see our FAQ.
