How do I reschedule my delivery if it was returned to the store?
If your order is returned to the store you will receive an email from our team requesting a convenient redelivery time and date. Please reply to the email received with a convenient redelivery time and date.We will do our best to accommodate your desired rescheduled time.
Why was my order returned to the store?
- Incorrect delivery address
- Missing Apt/Unit/Floor number in the address
- Invalid or Incorrect phone number
- The courier could not reach you upon delivery
- The courier had no safe place to leave the order
- Delivery address is inaccessible (i.e.: blocked or closed street)
How to prevent my order from being returned?
- Enroll in SMS and Push notification delivery updates
- You can opt into SMS notifications with your account settings under About You.
- Check the box that says "Can we text you about your orders?
- You can opt into SMS notifications with your account settings under About You.
- Be present and aware during your delivery window
- Keep your phone handy to provide any special instructions that may need to be given to the courier.
