During checkout, in the delivery address section, you can include special instructions visible only to the courier upon delivery. If you have instructions for the courier, such as a gate code, or want the order to be left with the doorman, please add that in the "delivery instructions" section.
You can edit your address delivery instructions
- When adding your address to your account
- In your Mercato delivery address account settings

In the delivery address section during checkout (see video)
- Click the pencil icon next to the address, then click save.
If your order has already been placed and you need to edit the delivery instructions, contact Customer Support. We kindly ask that any order modifications be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
